Privacy notice

This notice explains how Nora's (“we”, “us”) uses personal information collected through this website. We keep it simple: we only collect what we need to reply to you.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive the details you enter in the form:

• your name, email address and (optionally) phone number
• details about your event: type, date, location, guest numbers and anything you tell us in your message

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote and, if you book, to arrange your event. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us. We don’t sell your data or use it for marketing without asking.

Who processes it

• Enquiries are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that enquiries come from a real person and not a spam bot. To do this it processes technical details such as your IP address and browser information.
• This website is hosted by Vercel.
• We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t identify you personally.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and, if you book with us, for as long as we need to keep business records. Otherwise we delete them within 12 months.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. To do so, contact us through our Facebook page or Instagram. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
